  2. Right-click on the xln-online-installer-win.zip file and choose 'Extract all...' Use your Windows standard, built-in extraction tool.

    Note:Using a 3rd party extraction tool, such as WinRAR, has been known to cause issues.

  3. Go to the extracted folders and double-click on the XLN Online Installer that suits your Windows bit-version, either 32-bit or 64-bit. Then, use your XLN account credentials to log in to the XLN Online Installer.
